If a participant is unable to attend a workshop which they have booked and paid for in advance.
All tickets are transferable. A paid ticket can be transferred to another attendee. Artisan Wonderland coordinators must be notified of the change of attendee. Please provide name and details via email if possible.
If cancellation cannot be avoided – then request must be received at least 4 weeks prior to the booked workshop to ensure a refund.
If cancellation does not occur within 4 weeks of booked workshop – then each case will be determined at the IAC’s discretion.
